Welcome to ReadyShort. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App or our services.

- No Commercial Use: You may not sell, lease, license, redistribute, or otherwise use the content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or promotion of any product or service, without our express prior written consent.
- No Modification or Derivative Works: You may not alter, modify, create derivative works from, or adapt the content in any way that distorts its original meaning or context.
- No Misleading or Harmful Use: You may not use the content in any misleading, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable manner.
- No Endorsement Implication: You may not use the content in a way that suggests any endorsement or affiliation with any product, service, or organization without our express prior written consent.
- Retention of Rights: We reserve all rights to the content that are not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
- Social Media Sharing and Monetization
ReadyShort allows users to download and share videos on various social media platforms for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please be explicitly aware that ReadyShort does not endorse, support, or have any control over the monetization policies or practices of any social media platforms where you choose to share our content.
Any revenue generated or opportunities for monetization on social media through the sharing of ReadyShort videos are solely your responsibility and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective social media platform. We do not provide any assistance or guarantees regarding monetization on third-party platforms. Our focus is solely on providing you with engaging video content for personal use.
- Monetization through Advertising
The ReadyShort App is offered to you free of charge, supported by advertising. You acknowledge that the App may display advertisements served by third-party providers, such as Google Ads, before video downloads. These advertisements are clearly indicated within the App and are served in accordance with Google Play Store policies.
- Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your ReadyShort account directly within the App. Upon initiating account deletion, we will process your request and delete your account and associated data within 60 days, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- App Availability, Updates, and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. We may also release updates to the App, which may include bug fixes, new features, and changes to functionality. - Disclaimer of Warranties
THE READYSHORT APP AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
- Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, READYSHORT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, THE CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. - Indemnification

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Pune, India], and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
- Entire Agreement
