• Points Data: We collect data related to user points earned through video downloads. This data is used to analyze user behavior and app performance, and to provide a more engaging experience, including the leaderboard feature.
• Automatically Collected Information (Advertising & Analytics Data): When you use the ReadyShort App, certain information is automatically collected through third-party services like Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase. This information is collected to provide advertising, for analytics, and to improve our services. This data may include:
  • Advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID): A unique, resettable identifier for your device used for advertising purposes.
  • IP address (anonymized): Used for approximate location, analytics, and fraud prevention.
  • Device Identifiers: Such as device type and model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • App Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, such as features used, time spent, download frequency, content viewed, and interactions with ads.
  • App Performance Data: Crash logs, diagnostics, and other performance data.
  • Browser and language settings.

We do not directly collect the following from you as personal data:

• Your email address
• Your precise location data
• Your photographs or other personal media from your device
• Call logs
• SMS data
• Contacts

3. How We Use Your Information:

• Account Management: To create, manage, and secure your ReadyShort account, and to personalize your experience. This includes verifying your identity, allowing you to log in, and providing customer support.
• Service Functionality: To enable core features of the App, such as unlimited video downloads (requiring storage access).
• App Performance Analysis: To analyze app performance, user download patterns, category preferences, and overall user engagement. This analysis helps us to improve the App, optimize content delivery, and tailor the user experience.
• Leaderboard Display: To display user names and points in a leaderboard within the app.
• Notifications: To send you notifications about new video uploads on the platform, subject to your notification preferences.
• For Advertising and Personalization: To display advertisements within the App, including rewarded video ads that you choose to watch to gain access to certain features (e.g., video downloads). The automatically collected data (like Advertising ID and app usage data) is used to serve personalized and relevant ads to you, measure ad performance, and prevent fraudulent activity.

4. Third-Party Service Providers (Crucial New Section) We utilize trusted third-party service providers to help us operate, analyze, and monetize our App. These providers may have access to or collect certain information as described in this Privacy Policy.

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob for serving advertisements within our App. AdMob collects and processes data as described in Section 2 for advertising purposes, including delivering personalized ads, capping ad frequency, and reporting on ad performance. 5. Opting Out of Personalized Ads Users can control or reset their Advertising ID and manage ad personalization settings directly through their device settings:

• For Android Devices: Go to Settings > Google > Ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of Ads Personalization.

6. Content Sources: The videos provided on the ReadyShort platform are created using copyright-free materials. This means that the background images, video clips, text, and music used in these videos are sourced from libraries and platforms that grant permission for their use. We are committed to using materials that do not infringe on copyright laws.
7. Points System and Leaderboard ReadyShort may incorporate a points system related to user activity, specifically video downloads. The following principles apply to this points system:

• Purpose of Points: Points are awarded to users upon downloading videos. These points are used for internal analysis purposes, including understanding app performance, user download behavior, and category preferences, and to improve user engagement. It allows us to track popular content and trends within the app.
• Leaderboard: The App may feature a leaderboard displaying user names and their accumulated points. This leaderboard is intended to provide users with a sense of community and insight into popular content within the App. We will only display user names; no other personal information (such as mobile numbers or account details) will be shown on the leaderboard. The leaderboard is updated regularly.
• No Real-World Value: Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts, or any other digital or physical assets. Users cannot purchase points, and points cannot be transferred between users.
• Data Display: The leaderboard displays user names only. No other personal identifying information, such as mobile numbers or other account details, will be shown.
• Transparency: The rules and criteria for earning points are clearly defined within the app to ensure users understand how points are awarded.

8. Your Rights We respect your rights regarding your personal data. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. 9. Children’s Privacy Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. • Deletion Timeline: We will complete the deletion of your account and all related data from our systems within 60 days from the date you initiated the deletion request. • Data Removal: Once your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account, including your name, mobile number, and points data, will be permanently removed from our active systems.
• New User Status: If you choose to rejoin our ReadyShort platform after deleting your account, you will be treated as a new user, and your previous data and activity will not be recoverable. 12. Data Retention We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including providing and improving our Services, maintaining your account, and complying with legal obligations. 13. Jurisdiction By using the ReadyShort App, you agree that your use and any privacy-related issues or disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
